In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.

Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other unsafe practices is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting the vehicle, or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of substances, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating outside designated geographical boundaries without prior approval are also unacceptable.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
